  • You will receive a response about your technical support issue within 24 hours, but we will strive to resolve your tickets as soon as possible
  • All issues will cause a “ticket” to be created. This allows our team to track our responsiveness and uncover trends that could indicate a more widespread problem that might not be evident
  • If possible, provide as much information about the problem as possible. Screenshots of error messages, specific details, and any other relevant information will help us resolve the problem as quickly as possible
  • Many times, your ticket will require a phone call from our engineers. It is likely they will reach out very quickly to speak with the user in need. It is extremely helpful if the user includes a timeframe when they would be available.
